DynamicMailer(DM) is a powerful, easy-to-use tool for sending customized email by using mailing lists. DynamicMailer enable you to send personalized messages to your customers, subscribers and friends.

 

DynamicMailer sends messages directly to recipients' SMTP server, bypassing  your ISP's conventional mail service. Thanks to this, your messages are not getting into queue of outgoing messages of all other clients of your ISP where messages may dangle for hours. your recipients will get your message faster than using conventional e-mail system.

 

DynamicMailer is a quick and easy way to create Groups of addresses in the internal Address Book and send messages to the whole group just one click .A powerful mailing list manager utility helps manage your mailing list easy. It have some features that standard email clients can't have, like the simultaneous connection to more SMTP servers to improve the transmission speed, minimizing connection time ( = minimizing costs).

 

DynamicMailer's macro-enhanced mail merge lets you tailor messages for individual recipients in ways conventional merge-only mailers can't.

How is your e-mail usually going? First, your mail client sends a message to your ISP's mail server. and the ISP's server puts your e-mail in outgoing messages queue. When the turn of your e-mail comes, it is being sent to your correspondent's mail server. And only after that your correspondent can receive it. If the server is not overloaded, delivering a message takes just a few seconds. But this also might take minutes or even hours! But how often you need that your partner receive the message before he goes out to lunch, as after lunch he is leaving for a meeting? And ten minutes the message had waited in the outgoing mail queue in your ISP's server could be crucial. In such situation, DM will ensure instant delivery of your message, as it sends it bypassing your ISP's mail server. And saves minutes that sometimes so precious. No queues, no delays!

 

Safe delivery:  DM excludes your ISP's server from the message path. In many countries,local legislation requires communication service operator to grant security service access to the users correspondence. So, your messages most probably are stored in the ISP's system for some time. But if a message doesn't come through ISP's mail system, it leaves no trace in its logs, and, furthermore, it is not stored in the system - like with files downloaded through FTP or with web-pages viewed with your browser.

 

Of course, your ISP can detect your mail traffic and intercept it. But DM doesn't pretend to be a guardian of your privacy, which even most powerful encrypting systems sometimes fail to ensure.
